About Us

Hi! We're Anders and Andrea, the founders of Malver Conde Wine.

Anders is from Copenhagen, Denmark, and Andrea was born in Spain and grew up in Ferney-Voltaire, just outside Geneva. We met in Paris and had our first date at the legendary wine bar Verre Volé.

Over the years, through travel, conversation, and countless bottles shared with friends and winemakers, we have discovered the remarkable producers whose wines we are proud to present today.

Many of these relationships are deeply personal. Anders has family in Georgia—Olaf from Danieli Winery is his uncle—and that connection is also how we came to know Giorgi Natenadze. Andrea's family roots in Castilla y León and her years in Barcelona led us to producers such as Costador, Vinyes Singulars, Daniel Ramos, and Vinos Malaparte.

Andrea also spent two years in Prague, which opened the door to winemakers such as Jaroslav Osička and Bott-Frigyes. We believe Central and Eastern Europe are home to some of the most exciting wines being made today, and we're delighted to share them with you.

Closer to home, Geneva has brought us into contact with wonderful growers such as Romain des Grottes, and we've even had the pleasure of helping harvest his grapes.

Our selection is intentionally small and highly personal. Every producer we work with is someone we know, admire, and respect. We hope that through these wines, you'll discover the same passion, authenticity, and sense of place that first captivated us.
