Description

4 Mze brings together Kisi, Khikhvi, Mtsvane and Rkatsiteli, four indigenous Georgian grape varieties that express the depth of Kakheti's wine culture. The wine opens with a beautiful light yellow colour and aromas of apple, pear and lemon. On the palate, refreshing citrus is balanced by a delicate hint of quince from Kisi, giving a clean and enduring mid-palate finish.

Direct light pneumatic bladder press, followed by co-fermentation in stainless steel.

About the Producer

Danieli Winery is the story of two worlds coming together. Olaf left Denmark and settled in Georgia, where he and his Georgian wife Eka built a winery rooted in the country's ancient wine culture. Together, they work with indigenous Georgian grape varieties and traditional winemaking methods, combining a deep respect for local traditions with meticulous attention to quality, precision and consistency. Sustainable farming and a deeply rooted respect for nature in both vineyard and cellar allow the wines to express their origin while maintaining exceptional balance and purity.
