High-altitude mountain wines from Sierra de Gredos
Daniel Ramos and his partner Pepi San Juan have become important ambassadors for Cebreros in the Sierra de Gredos, a historic mountain wine region southwest of Madrid.
Their vineyards sit between 600 and 1,200 metres above sea level, where schist and granitic sand soils bring freshness, minerality and elegance.
Working organically and with deep respect for the ecosystem, they create terroir-driven wines that express the pure character of grapes such as Albillo Real, Garnacha and Aragon Fino.
