Danieli Winery is the story of two worlds coming together. Olaf left Denmark and settled in Georgia, where he and his Georgian wife Eka built a winery rooted in the country's ancient wine culture.

Together, they work with indigenous Georgian grape varieties and traditional winemaking methods, combining a deep respect for local traditions with meticulous attention to quality, precision and consistency.

Sustainable farming and a deeply rooted respect for nature in both vineyard and cellar allow the wines to express their origin while maintaining exceptional balance and purity.
