Why We Love It
We love BB because it perfectly captures what makes Jaroslav Osička one of the most important voices in Moravian natural wine. Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir come together in a wine that feels Burgundian in ambition yet unmistakably Moravian in energy.
Description
BB combines Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir into one of Moravia's most distinctive white wines. The nose opens with citrus zest, grapefruit, pear and gentle white floral notes, with a subtle earthy mineral edge. On the palate it is rich and layered, with creamy texture, fresh acidity and flavours of citrus peel, light stone fruit, toast and vanilla carrying through a long elegant finish.

About the Producer
Jaroslav Osička is one of the pioneers of natural wine in Central Europe and among the first winemakers to embrace natural winemaking in the Czech Republic after independence. Long before natural wine became fashionable, he was farming and vinifying with minimal intervention, helping shape what would become the Moravian natural wine movement. Today his wines remain benchmarks for the region, combining precision, balance and a profound sense of place.

Why We Love It
We love Chardonnay Vertikal because it shows what happens when time becomes part of the blend. Chardonnay gains depth, texture and savoury complexity while keeping the energy that defines Osička's wines.
Description
Chardonnay Vertikal is a multi-vintage Chardonnay that brings together several harvests into one layered cuvee. It is clean and elegant while being full of vibrant energy and character. Oak ageing gives subtle woody and toasty notes alongside honeycomb, pastry and a salty mineral edge reminiscent of Chablis. The palate is balanced, gently oily, bright and expressive.
