Why We Love It
We love Comadellops because Sumoll Vermell makes a rose with bite, minerality and real personality.
Description
Comadellops is an atypical rose made from 100% Sumoll Vermell. It is mineral and fruity, with limestone freshness, cherry-like fruit and a lemongrass twist at the end. This is not a pale, forgettable rose: it is vibrant, textured and full of Catalan character.

About the Producer
Costador, led by Joan Franquet, works with old vineyards across Catalonia to create wines of striking personality and precision. The Metamorphika range is immediately recognisable for its beautiful ceramic bottles and artwork, but the true achievement is the quality inside: wines that are precise, clean, expressive and deeply gastronomic. Costador proves that low-intervention wine can be both characterful and exceptionally polished, which is why the wines have found their way into some of Catalonia's finest restaurants, including Michelin-starred tables.
