Minipuca is a pet-nat made from 100% Xarel.lo by Vinyes Singulars. Xarel.lo gives the wine its citrus freshness, saline grip and firm Catalan identity, while the ancestral method brings gentle bubbles and immediate drinkability. It is light-hearted, but never simple.
