Why We Love It
We love Passion Paradise because it is Romain des Grottes at his most playful: Gamay meets passion fruit in a sparkling wine that feels like a tropical escape.
Description
Passion Paradise combines Gamay with passion fruit in a lambic-inspired red pet-nat. Delicate bubbles, subtle acidity and tropical aromatics make it wildly drinkable. It is joyful, original and unmistakably Romain: a wine that invites you to stop overthinking and enjoy the ride.

About the Producer
Romain des Grottes is one of the true originals of the natural wine world. Based in the rolling hills of Beaujolais near Saint-Étienne-des-Oullières, he produces vibrant, living wines that challenge conventions while remaining irresistibly drinkable. His wines are bubbly, slim, joyful and radically original, made from Gamay and unusual hybrids. Beyond wine, Romain also grows cereals, makes beer and non-alcoholic creations, and famously brings a piano on wheels into the vineyards during harvest and the Bojalien festival.
