Why we love it
We love Petit Coin de Paradis because it captures the lighter, more carefree side of Romain des Grottes: a low-alcohol sparkling Gamay bursting with freshness, energy and pure drinking pleasure.
Description
Un Petit Coin de Paradis ("A Little Corner of Paradise") is a pétillant naturel made from early-harvested Gamay. Bright, refreshing and effortlessly drinkable, it combines delicate bubbles with vibrant fruit and a feather-light touch, as well as a touch of pleasant residual sugar. About the Producer
Romain des Grottes is one of the true originals of the natural wine world. Based in the rolling hills of Beaujolais near Saint-Étienne-des-Oullières, he produces vibrant, living wines that challenge conventions while remaining irresistibly drinkable. His wines are joyful, energetic and radically original, crafted with minimal intervention and deep respect for nature. Beyond wine, Romain also grows cereals, makes beer and non-alcoholic creations, and famously brings a piano on wheels into the vineyards during harvest and the Bojalien festival.
